Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to bamseo.com and its public content. They do not replace a proposal, statement of work, data processing agreement, or other contract signed for BAM SEO services.
1. Operator, scope, and acceptance
The website is operated under the BAM SEO trading name from Barcelona, Spain. Legal and website notices may be sent to [email protected]. References to 'BAM SEO', 'we', or 'us' mean the operator of this website.
By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Eligibility and site availability
The site is intended primarily for people acting in a business or professional capacity and for users aged 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you access it.
BAM SEO may change, suspend, or discontinue public site features, but this does not alter obligations already agreed in a signed client contract.
3. Information, audits, and no guaranteed results
Public content is general business information, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Search platforms, AI systems, advertising networks, competitors, and market conditions change independently of BAM SEO. No page, audit request, example dashboard, or measurement framework guarantees rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any particular result.
Submitting a form or receiving preliminary information does not create an agency, fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship. A service relationship begins only under a written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You may view, print, or save reasonable extracts for your internal, non-commercial evaluation of BAM SEO. No other licence is granted.
You must not interfere with security or availability; probe or access non-public systems without authorisation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing material; use automated extraction at a scale that burdens the service; bypass technical restrictions; or use site content to build a competing dataset or service.
5. Intellectual property and trade marks
The site, BAM SEO name and branding, copy, graphics, layouts, software, and original materials are owned by BAM SEO or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, frame, publish, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission, except where mandatory law permits.
Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Display of a client name identifies a business relationship only; it does not imply endorsement of every statement on the site.
6. User submissions
You retain rights in information you submit. You confirm that you are entitled to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant BAM SEO a limited right to use the submission to respond, assess the requested website, prevent abuse, and take requested pre-contract steps.
Do not submit confidential information, special-category personal data, credentials, or third-party personal data through the public audit form. The handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links and services
Links to third-party sites are provided for context or convenience. BAM SEO does not control their availability, security, content, or privacy practices and is not responsible for them. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement.
8. Disclaimers
We take reasonable care with public content but provide the website on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, fitness for a particular purpose, and the accuracy or completeness of general website information.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAM SEO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, reputational harm, or decisions made in reliance on public site content. This limitation concerns the public website only; liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory data-protection duties, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and severability
We may revise these terms for legal, security, operational, or service reasons. The updated version applies from the date shown above and does not retroactively amend a signed agreement. If a clause is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining clauses will continue in effect.
11. Governing law, jurisdiction, and contact
These terms and non-contractual disputes concerning the public website are governed by Spanish law. For users acting in a business or professional capacity, the courts of Barcelona, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumers retain the courts and protections that mandatory consumer law gives them.
Questions or formal notices about the website may be sent to [email protected].
